Review for 'Benson & Farrell' 1976: This little-known CTI recording matches guitarist George Benson and Joe Farrell, a multi-reed player who mostly sticks to flute. Joined by a large rhythm section and sometimes two other flutists including Eddie Daniels, Benson and Farrell play four originals by session arranger Dave Matthews, plus the standard Old Devil Moon. I fell in love with this album, Benson & Farrell CTI, 1976 by guitarist George Benson and jazz saxophonist and flutist Joe Farrell. A sort of étez votre collection George Benson & Joe Farrell. This album is absolutely lovely. Benson and Farrell are an excellent duo. The guitar and flute work on this album just feels natural and warm. My favorite track on this album has to be Beyond The Ozone, it's a nice laidback song. George Benson, Joe Farrell, George Benson & Joe Farrel.
